  • Can I get dentures if I’ve been without teeth for a long time?
    Yes, you can still get dentures even if you've been without teeth for a long time. There are various styles of dentures, all custom-made by our team to restore both function and appearance!
  • How long will it take to get my denture?
    We aim to fit your new denture as quickly as possible. With our team personally crafting all dentures in our Byron Bay Dental Laboratory, we can have your custom denture ready and fitted in just a few days!
  • Will I be able to eat and speak normally with dentures?
    While dentures require an adjustment period, most people adapt quickly. Eating with your new denture will feel natural over time. Our team will ensure your denture not only looks great but also functions properly, allowing you to eat comfortably and smile confidently.
  • Is getting dentures painful?
    Getting dentures is generally pain-free! While implant dentures or immediate dentures may involve some discomfort due to the surgery required, we're here to support you throughout the process, and offer free lifetime adjustments to ensure your comfort.
  • How do I know if I need a denture?
    If you're unsure whether you need or want a denture, we offer free, no-obligation consultations and quotes to explore your options! This includes advice on missing teeth or potential extractions.
  • How do I know when it’s time to reline my dentures?
    To know when it's time to reline your denture, book a free consultation with our clinic. We will assess your denture and determine if a reline is needed, or if a simple adjustment will suffice.
  • What should I do if my denture is broken?
    If your denture is broken, please avoid attempting to fix it at home. In case of accidents, we offer same-day repair services as your appointment. We can also add new teeth if you lose one, ensuring your denture stays in top condition!
  • What can I do if my dentures are loose?
    If your denture is loose, contact us to discuss your options. We may recommend a reline, which can often be completed as a same-day service.
  • Do you provide free quotes?
    Yes, we’re happy to provide no-obligation quotes for your dentures. Since we craft all our dentures in-house, we offer a warranty on our work and free lifetime adjustments!
  • Do you offer HICAPS for easy claims?
    Yes, we offer HICAPS for immediate and easy claims.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, we accept all major health funds and are a registered provider.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    We don't offer finance however we can discuss flexible payment plans with you. Contact us for a free consultation to receive upfront costs and a detailed treatment plan.
  • Do I need a referral from a dentist or doctor?
    No, you don't need to worry. Just contact us to book an appointment, and we can discuss the options that best suit your needs!
